At Caspertshirt, we are committed to ensuring your shopping experience is seamless from start to finish. Before your order is dispatched, each product goes through a rigorous Quality Control Process to maintain our high standards.
We advise customers to double check their measurements before purchasing as sizing standards may vary from item to item.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, the wrong size or not what you ordered, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We promise to provide a solution within one business day. Please note that returns or exchanges will only be processed with a valid reason within the conditions stated above.
Returned items must be sent back to us for processing. Once we receive the returned items, we will initiate the resolution process within five business days and issue a refund within the following ten business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable as they include the cost of each delivery service used.
1. Return Request Period – 30 Days
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
After 30 days, we will not accept any return requests.

To be accepted for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:
- Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

- Wrong item: If you receive the wrong size, color, or style, we will assist in exchanging the item or refunding your money.
- Proof of purchase: Provide your receipt or order number to help us process your request.
3. Return Process

Processing time may take up to 30 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company’s processes. We are committed to processing quickly and will notify you as soon as the refund is complete.
5. Late or Missing Refund
If you have not received your refund within the specified time, please follow these steps:

6. Canceling an Order
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund.
After 24 hours, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.
